The First Steps – 15-45 minutes – Questionnaire

- You’ll receive a questionnaire via email to complete & select your package.
- I will review the questionnaire, acquire any additional information, and schedule your first session.
The Intro Session – 30-60 minutes – Video Call (Premium, Elite Packages)
An intro session allows us to meet, chat, and clarify or process your goals before jumping in.
The Inquiry Session – 30-60 minutes – Video Call (All Packages)
I craft up a list of deeper questions about your selected topic based on your questionnaire. We’ll explore your successes, challenges, and barriers to learn what does and doesn’t work for your brain!
The Blueprint Creation – No appointment—It’s on me! (All Packages)
Now that I have a better understanding of you, I create visual aids and 8-12 customized strategies to build a foundation for success. This may take up to four weeks, so I will reach out to schedule your next session.
The Strategy Session – 45-75 minutes – Video Call (All Packages)
You’ll receive a draft of your blueprint prior to this session. Then, we deep dive into each strategy, answer any questions you may have, and adjust your blueprint to best serve your brain.
The Blueprint Delivery! – No appointment – Email (All Packages)
You’ll receive finalized blueprints and visual aids via email within 10 days of our strategy session. Visual aids are delivered as digital files. Physical copies can be mailed for an additional fee.
The Follow Up Session – Video Call – 15-45 minutes (Standard, Premium, Elite Packages)
4-6 weeks after blueprint delivery, we meet to check in! Minor adjustments may be made to your blueprint or visual aids depending on your selected blueprint level.
To make Blueprint Builder more financially accessible, all packages are on a payment schedule. Instead of charging cancellation fees, your initial deposit serves as a non-refundable retainer for services.
