These traits that employers seek can be readily found in those with ADHD. Without the right environment, however, these amazing attributes can be thwarted and ADHD employees can fall short of expectations at no fault of their own. It doesn’t have to be this way! There are a multitude of actions businesses and organizations can take to support neurodivergent employees.

While I provide micro-level services to my therapy and life consultant clients, I have a deep love for macro-level, organizational practices. That’s why I have a Nonprofit Management graduate certificate in addition to my Master of Social Work degree. I want to help people directly, but I also want to change the systems in which they live and work because that is important too.
