As a therapist, I provide clients with a space to learn strategies for living with their neurodivergent brains and to explore the emotions they feel, however complicated those emotions may be. With my background in expressive arts therapy and disability, I use creative, proactive approaches to meet the needs of my clients, recognizing that one size does not fit all and the world is rarely built for everyone
My expertise isn’t just from a textbook or clinical experience; it’s from my life with ADHD too. Whether you received your diagnosis years ago, just last week, or you think you may have ADHD, I am here to assist you on your journey.

Therapy Q & A
What do we do in therapy?
Therapy can take many different forms and it is unique to each person. Therapy is a place to be supported while taking on challenges as you grow as a person. For some people, therapy is a space to process emotions and learn coping skills. Others may want to take part in evidence-based treatment programs using workbooks to learn skills that help with memory and executive function. I have a background in expressive arts therapy, so I provide opportunities for creative exploration and expression as well. We will work together to decide the path for your therapeutic journey.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to be a therapy client?
You do not need an ADHD diagnosis to come to therapy at Vibrant. I am required to conduct a clinical assessment and provide a diagnosis for insurance purposes. Even if that diagnosis is not ADHD, I can still be your therapist! I can also assist you in pursuing a full-scale neuropsychological evaluation for ADHD with a psychologist, especially if you are seeking accommodations for school and/or professional exams.
How often do I have to go to therapy?
In the beginning, it is best to come to therapy once a week so that we can get to know each other and establish goals for our time together. After a few sessions, we will have a better idea of how often we meet. There are clients who may attend therapy every week, while others may attend once or twice a month. This can change as a client’s needs change. It is important to remember that therapy doesn’t just happen when a client is in a session with their therapist—it happens between sessions too!
How long will I be in therapy?
Some people are in therapy for a few months, others a few years. It depends on a person’s needs. Some of the programs I offer do have a set curriculum, but even within those programs, there is wiggle room to make sure clients are getting what they need.
Can I use insurance?
Currently, all my therapy services are self-pay.
